Mexico Looms…

11Jan10

Today we’ll cross the International Bridge into Mexico! It’s been a slow journey but we’re finally here. We’re ready, excited, and nervous all at the same time!

We spent some time working on the website yesterday. We finally figured out how to connect our Spot Tracker GPS device to a map on the right hand side of the blog. Now you can see where we last checked in and when. We also have been asked to add a link to a paypal account so we can receive donations while on the road. You can now find a donate button on the left side of the page that connects directly to our account.

We also compiled our gear list and that can be found on the "gear" tab at the top of the page. Rather tedious to list it all but interesting just the same!

Thanks so much to all of you for your comments and suppot on the blog. It always gives up a warm fuzzy feeling to know we’re not alone.

Hasta la vista!

Hi, Met you two in a Columbia, Tn laundry mat. Have been following your travels. Congrats on making it to Mexico. Enjoy the country and stay safe. Looking forward to your post and pics while traveling in Mexico.

Funny how a chance meeting has provided us an opportunity to see the country thru your eyes that we would otherwise not be exposed to.
